Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition that you received them. Please inspect your order upon arrival; if it’s damaged or defective, you should contact us within 14 days of receiving the item. Custom or personalized orders are non-returnable, except in cases of defective materials.
How to Return

Refund Process

Shipping Costs
Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable. If your order qualified for free shipping and you decide to return an item, the shipping cost incurred (if under $59.99) will be deducted from your refund.
